Way to Be Wellness and Yoga offers daily year-round yoga classes, workshops, custom classes, retreats and events in our accessible and fresh Southern Maine studio or at a location of your choice. We also come to you – at home, in the workplace, school, hotels and resorts, community.
Instruction is centered on wellness for both mind and body, taught by experienced instructors trained in yoga therapy, education, athletics. Our approach understands and respects the whole person – all genders, all ages, all levels, beginner to advanced. We focus on your unique needs, your unique practice.
