Besides offering public general yoga classes in the Portland area, for anyone seeking respite from inner or outer chaos, I offer six week sessions in Yoga for your Grieving Heart – a bereavement circle and yoga class, trauma-informed classes for those experiencing persistent pain as well as workplace yoga for athletes and desk workers I also offer weekly online meditation and laughter yoga classes.
