Welcome! Simply Macarons is a boutique bakery established in 2016 by Jaelin Roberts, when she was a 14 year old freshman in high school. Jaelin is now attending college in Boston and has passed the baking baton and her passion for macarons on to her mom, Joan Roberts. Most Saturday mornings you will find Joan at Bangor’s European Market on Buck Street in Bangor.
