I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and offer therapy services for people in Maine.  I offer evaluations for ADHD and autism (and am happy to write letters of accomodation for employers) and treatment for anxiety, ADHD therapy and coaching, and identifying how to organize your life and ask for what you need.

I help people identify areas of their life that are not working for them and created action plans to move towards what they want to accomplish.  I also work with teens and have extensive experience with teens who self harm.  My other areas of interest include parenting, communication, relationship negotiations, and more.
