Nellies Tea Company

Founded in 2003, Nellies Tea Company strives to be your source for all things tea! Owner Marianne Russo received her Certified Tea Specialist designation from the Specialty Tea Institute, the educational arm of the U.S. Tea Association, in 2009. She has studied with numerous luminaries of the tea world, beginning with the late John Harney, the founder of Harney&Sons Fine Teas, and Pearl Dexter, the founder of TEA, A Magazine and so many others  through the years, including through trips to China and Japan to see and taste first hand how this ancient leaf gets from plant to your cup! In addition to selling her carefully chosen and blended teas to retail and wholesale clients, she loves sharing her passion and knowledge of tea through classes, tastings, tea talks to various community groups, and in the shop. A very small scale tea service is available, by reservation only, for tea and scones for up to 4 people at her business.
