Hands Over Heart Reiki

 

I use hemi-sync music to help clients relax during the reiki session.  I use essential oils to add to the relaxing environment with low lighting and sage to cleanse the room.  I use crystals for enhancing the chakra clearing and pull oracle cards at the beginning or end of the sessions to give clients a message to ponder.
