Baby Booty is a baby wearing or pregnancy carrying full body workout for parents! The workout is for all fitness levels and stages of pregnancy and postpartum. The exercises are based off movements we do everyday as a new parent such as squatting, bending, hingeing etc. Baby Booty has become an amazing network of parents encouraging each other to get stronger to be prepared for the physical and emotional demands of parenthood.

It can be hard to find the time to exercise with a new baby, plus we totally get that being a new parent can be isolating! Thats why we offer 3 ways to do the workout and connect with other parents!
