Amy’s Garden Jam began at the end of 2013, when my sister was planning her wedding, and I offered to make little jars of jam as wedding favors. I made 16 different types of jams, with fruit around my area and yard, and people loved them. My now Sister in Law has been pushing me since then to get this going. While out of work after foot surgery I finally was able to get all my ducks in a row to get it started, and once I could walk, I was ready to get in the kitchen! Most of the fruit for Amy’s Garden Jam I’ve picked at local farms, and friends’ property, or my own property, so I can be sure my customers are getting the very best quality. There are only a few ingredients, and the jam is made in small batches by hand.
